Terms and platform agreements
These terms explain the general conditions for Acu Studios product pages and point to the agreements governing individual products and purchases.

Acu Studios is a product brand of Gndsoft LLC. Product-specific functionality, purchases, and services may be subject to additional terms shown in the applicable product or platform.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Acu products only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to use. You may not interfere with the products, bypass limits or security, abuse analysis services, or use the products to process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
3. App Store products
Apps distributed through Apple platforms use Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is displayed for that product.
4. Google Play products
Downloads and purchases made through Google Play are also subject to the applicable Google Play terms, policies, purchase rules, and refund processes.
