This policy explains how Gndsoft LLC handles information when you use AcuBeat on supported mobile and wearable platforms.

1. Who we are

Gndsoft LLC (“Gndsoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AcuBeat as part of the Acu Studios product family. Gndsoft LLC is responsible for the practices described in this policy.

2. Tempo analysis and local data

When you choose AI BPM analysis, the selected audio file is sent over an encrypted connection to our tempo-analysis service. We use it only to return the requested BPM result and for limited security or troubleshooting needs.

Song names, tempo settings, time signatures, subdivisions, accents, setlists, credits, purchase status, and preferences are normally stored locally on your device.

3. Analytics, advertising, and purchases

Firebase services may process app interactions, diagnostics, device information, coarse location inferred from IP address, and app-instance identifiers. Free versions may use Google AdMob and advertising partners.

Google Play and Apple process purchases. The app may receive product, transaction, purchase-status, and entitlement information needed to complete or restore purchases and prevent fraud.

4. Wearable synchronization

Tempo, meter, subdivision, accent, and playback state may be exchanged between paired devices to provide wearable controls and haptic feedback. This synchronization is used for app functionality, not advertising.

5. Consent, retention, and rights

Where required, AcuBeat requests consent before personalized advertising and follows App Tracking Transparency on Apple platforms. Uploaded audio is retained only as reasonably necessary for analysis, security, troubleshooting, or law.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. Contact support@gndsoft.com to make a request.

6. Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable law.
