1. Who we are

Gndsoft LLC (“Gndsoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides AcuAudio as part of the Acu Studios product family. Gndsoft LLC is responsible for the practices described in this policy.

2. Web audio processing

The AcuAudio web service uses uploaded audio and generated results only to perform the processing you request, deliver the result, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.

Web files are processed in private storage and dedicated infrastructure and are configured for automatic deletion within 24 hours. Audio is not used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.

3. Mobile audio processing

The Android app processes selected audio on the device. Separate platform-specific policies apply to the Android app and the iPhone and iPad app currently in review.

4. Accounts and service providers

The web service may process account, subscription, usage, and technical information needed to provide and secure the service. AcuAudio uses providers for web delivery, authentication, payments, analytics, email, storage, and audio processing only as needed to operate those services.

6. Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable law.
